Visit by a Delegation of Judges from Poland
By the invitation of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, a delegation from the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland visited Lithuania.
During the four-day visit, the meetings with the judges of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania and the Regional Administrative Court were held. The participants of the meetings discussed the management of the workload in Lithuanian and Polish administrative courts and shared the experience on the methodologies used to identify complex and non-complex cases, the means of motivating court staff.
The judges from the administrative courts of the two countries also discussed the particularities of the selection of judges, career issues, and shared good practice of cooperation with the Judicial Council.
